The workers were the hardest working people I have seen in a long time. The price extremely reasonable.

They cleaned up everything throughly.

Great job thank you so much.

I hired Latham to install both a new roof and siding. Before commenting on the work itself, I will provide some information on my general experience.

The response time to my initial call was very quick and all dealings with the salesman were fine and what you would expect. However, after signing the contract, I never spoke to the salesman again, although claiming at the start of the process that he would be my point of contact throughout. He would respond to some emails, but not all, and I found it to be pretty off-putting.

The roof was done first and within the general timeframe I was given upon signing the contract. However, the communication with the foreman was limited to a 5-10 minute walkaround the day of installation and a few minutes during install. I had a specific concern regarding the car port roof which was not handled as discussed during the original conversation. The crew were hard workers and the end product came out fine, but the general lack of the communication through the process was disappointing. My only other comment for the roof work was that I did not see anyone go around with the magnet to pick up nails afterwards and I found a few dozen on the property which would have been no good for the dog if I hadn't done that. Overall I'd give the roofing experience 3/5 stars.

The siding experience was completely different. Ledio the foreman came out to the house a few days before the work started and spent nearly an hour walking around with me to discuss all my thoughts/concerns. The crew who came to do the work (much respect to Luis and Co.) showed up before it was fully light out and worked until after it was dark. They were extremely conscientious in the way they cared for my house and property and I cannot speak highly enough of them. The biggest thing that stood out to me was their attention to detail (for example: window trim, corners, cutouts for electrical boxes, etc.).
After completing the initial work the crew walked around with me and we noticed a few really minor things and they took care of them immediately. The end result is absolutely beautiful, and I've had many neighbors stop by to comment on it. I give my full endorsement to the siding team. 5/5 stars Thank you to Ledio, Luis, and everyone else involved!

Val from Latham Roofing & Siding inspected our roof today. He accessed it from ceiling access in a bedroom closet and in the garage, and fully explained what he saw. The roof is structurally sound and no repairs are necessary at this time. Val was terrific and we would not hesitate to hire Latham Roofing & Siding.

My roof looks fantastic. We've had hard rains since the installation was completed ~ without any problems
The Team that came to do the work were all professional, courteous, knowledgeable and worked AS a Team.
I am very pleased with the work that was done and definitely am reccomending this Company to other people.
Thank you, Latham Roofing, for a job well done!

Folks were patient during the quote and siding selection process, worked with me on my desired outcomes and then were super professional and responsive during the install and post install process. Recommend them.

I don't normally leave reviews but my neighbor had a nightmare with another company so I figured I'd say something. They showed up, did the work, cleaned up. No drama.
